The service
Frontvo configures and operates an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls for your business. Depending on your setup it can answer questions about your business, book appointments into a connected calendar, capture lead details, and transfer calls to a person.
Term, billing and cancellation
- Service is billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term and no long-term contract.
- There is no setup fee.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we do not pro-rate part months.
- Pricing is agreed in writing before your account goes live and depends on call volume, number of locations, integrations and workflow complexity.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your services, hours, pricing rules, service area and routing. The agent can only be as correct as what you give it.
- Hold the right to forward calls on the number you connect and to authorise call handling on your behalf.
- Review the agent's configuration during setup and tell us about anything it should not say.
- Comply with the law that applies to your industry, including any rules on call recording, health information, or legal or financial advice.
What Frontvo does not do
- Frontvo is not an emergency service. It must not be used as the answering path for 911, medical triage, or any life-safety line.
- The agent does not give medical, legal, or financial advice, and is configured to hand those conversations to a person.
- We do not guarantee a specific number of calls answered, appointments booked, leads captured, or revenue earned. Anything shown by a calculator on this website is an illustration, not a forecast or a promise.
Availability
Frontvo depends on third-party telephony, AI and calendar providers. We aim for continuous availability and will tell you promptly about an outage that affects your line, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee unless one is agreed with you in writing.
Intellectual property
Frontvo owns the platform, prompts, configuration templates and software. You own your business information, your call recordings, your transcripts and your leads. You grant us the permission needed to process that data to run the service for you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Frontvo's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
