Frontvo exists because the phone is still the highest-intent channel a local business has, and it is the one most often left ringing.

Why we built it

Spend a week calling roofers, HVAC companies, dental offices and med spas in the Greater Toronto Area and a pattern shows up fast. The owner is on a roof, in a chair, or driving between jobs. The phone rings out. The caller does not leave a voicemail. They call the next name on Google, and that business gets the job.

Answering services take a message. Hiring a receptionist costs a salary and still goes home at five. Neither one closes the loop. Frontvo answers, holds a real conversation about your business, books into your calendar, and hands off anything that needs a person.

Who is building it

Frontvo is a small, owner-operated company based in Ontario. Every agent is configured by hand around one business. There is no self-serve signup and no offshore support queue, because at this size the person who builds your agent is the person who answers when you call.

What we will not do

• Put invented customer logos, reviews or statistics on this website.
• Claim certifications we do not hold.
• Promise a revenue number. We will show you the math on your own call volume and let you decide.
• Lock you into a contract to make the numbers look better on our side.

Where this goes

The near-term focus is local service businesses in the GTA where a single missed call is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, dental, med spas, law and auto repair. As the product matures, more of the configuration work moves into the platform itself.
